Obviously, my physician referred me to get a mammogram. First of all, I was two years past due for a routine, but then I was having pain and he was suspicious of a cyst. In addition to the mammogram, I had an ultrasound. Both found. . . . exactly nothing. Which is great. And not that great. I'm thrilled that there was nothing there, but the pain continues (though it has decreased which adds further support to the hormone theory). Looks like one more check mark in the getting closer to menopause box.
